I use the same Google keyword tool to find the right set of keyword for my blogs. This is the first step before we can start with our content creation..if this is done perfectly..our half work is done.

Great post! I would like to point out something regarding what you’ve said: Always select the keywords that are high volume keywords that are less competitive

Adwords data is for advertisers and not for content marketers. So “less competitive” here means that there are very lesser number of bids for that keyword (less number of advertisers who are willing to pay/bid for that particular keyword). Choosing a keyword that has less competition can be bad for websites that rely on Adsense kind of advertising revenue.

For a website that relies on third party ad revenue (like Adsense) – the webmaster should look for keywords that have a good search volume and a high competition 🙂
